Parenting and teaching have undergone an incredible revolution in such a short time! What once worked to coach, guide and control children no longer works because children today demand the ‘human stuff’ from every adult involved in their life – parents and teachers. And in a bid to connect, they will push hard and push buttons to experience the full range of your emotions so they can decide where to tap in, positively or negatively.

Kids nowadays will not be manipulated through disconnected ways where an adult flaunt the rules without relationship or respect. Their growing reactive responses to injustice and unkindness tell us this. Let’s identify your PARENTING STYLE. What STYLE have you inherited, developed, or fallen into? Can you name it? Can you describe it? Come with me and explore the PARENTING STYLE landscape, and as we do this, we’ll pull together a few beautifully connecting and healthy tools to use in those “tougher moments with kids and teens”.
