As always, our industrious Facilities Committee are looking for ways to improve our school environment.

Last Saturday saw the start of our new garden area, at the northern end of the turf on Campus 1. This garden features a couple of advanced crepe myrtle trees, a mystery eucalypt and a range of lower understory plants. We would like to thank Unley Council for getting us started with two cubic metres of rich soil and some of these plants.

Special thanks go to working bee participants, Mark Rodda, Will and Christina Snow, Pier Stamatogiannis, Ewan Thompson and Adam Hudson. Many thanks also to students, Scarlet, Zara, Louis, Max and Olivia who got their sleeves rolled up to lend a hand.

We will work hard with our soccer players and community members to keep this area safe from errant kicks!
