Unley Primary School has signed up to be part of the Colgate Community Garden Challenge to recycle oral care waste. This will give us a chance to win a $5000 community garden set – garden bed, bench and table, planter boxes and voucher to purchase garden supplies.

We ask students and families to help us build our tally of points by –

• collecting their oral care waste from home and delivering it to the collection box in the School Office. Each item collected earns 10 garden points for UPS.
• Voting online to add 1 garden point to the UPS tally      VOTE HERE

What you can recycle in this program

Accepted waste items include – all brands of used toothpaste tubes, non-electric toothbrushes, floss containers, interdental brushes and electric toothbrushes heads. The more waste we collect the more garden points we earn.

Please think about your waste and get collecting, bring your items to school and just maybe we can achieve a great addition to our school garden.
