Over recent years, Unley Primary School has been represented proudly at the ANZAC Dawn Service at Memorial Gardens.

Members of our student leadership team and other families and friends connected to our school, have participated in the service, through song and the sharing of readings for those gathered.

Last weekend of course these gardens were quiet, aside from some private commemorations.

Thanks to our Reception student, Leo Nair, and his family for flying the flag for our school. Leo placed some rosemary on the Unley PS plaque.

As difficult as these current times are, we acknowledge the sacrifice of the many who have defended our country during past wars, including former students of Unley Primary School.

Great work, Leo!
