Tinker Space is run in the library on Monday and Friday lunchtimes by a group of Year 5 students. They have organised a range of fun, challenging tasks and activities for students to participate in. Tinker Space encourages creativity, planning, problem solving and cooperation between students from Reception to Year 7.
Students have made puppets and put on a puppet show, built towers with cards and cardboard tubes, made catapults from items in a mystery bag, created marble runs, made friendship bracelets and tried some Lego challenges.
A big thank you to Soren, Fred, Sasindu, William, Mahdi, Alex and Ricky for coordinating Tinker Space and volunteering twice a week this term.
